2025/2026 Registration Guidelines

Guidelines for Registration for Fresh and Returning Students

  1. (Fresh Students Only) Complete Fresh Student Biodata, Medical, Sport and Other Details form: it will require you uploading the scanned copy (colored) of the following documents
    • O'Level Certificate/Statement of result
    • Birth Certificate/Sworn Affidavit
    • Attestation Letter (from a cleric, lawyer, community leader...)
    • Local Government of Origin Certificate
    • Signed Declaration of Good Conduct (download copy here)
    • UTME Admission Letter
    • UTME Result
    • ND/NCE/A'Level Certificate or Statement of Result (DE Only)
  2. Check your email for Student portal username & Password for login
  3. Login to Generate school fee invoice
  4. Pay invoice online or via other channels
  5. Generate School Fee Receipt
  6. Register for Courses
  7. Pay Student Union Dues
  8. Retrieve your FUNAAB email account to grant you access to G Suite for Education.
  9. (Fresh Students Only) Login to upload Signed Matriculation Oath

Students' Evaluation of Course Delivery: 1st Semester

  • All Students: Login with your instituional email address before launching the Survey.
  • Fresh Student: Visit FUNAAB Onboarding Portal to activate your institutional email address.

Completing this questionnaire is compulsory as a feedback mechanism for the accreditation of your programme.

Deadline for Payment of School Fees and Course Registration!!!

Late Registration with penalty begins: Saturday 11th October, 2025 (12pm) | Late Registration and Registration Ends: Wednesday, 31st December, 2025 (12pm).
