Introducing the New Students Portal - Fresh and Returning Students

The new Student Portal is now available for Fresh and Returning Students.

For the 2026/2027 Academic Session, School Fees Payment, Course Registration and subsequent academic activities will be done via the New Portal: https://students.app.unaab.edu.ng

ONLY Fresh students' Bio-data, Medicals...and other related activities will continue to be handled on the this portal.

To activate your account:

  1. Check your email (including Spam/Junk) for a message from hello@funaab.edu.ng.
  2. Open the email and click "Continue account setup."
  3. Make sure the link starts with https://sign-on.app.unaab.edu.ng/
  4. Enter and confirm your new password.
  5. Visit https://students.app.unaab.edu.ng
  6. Log in with your email address/matric number and new password.

Please complete the account setup before attempting to log in to the Student Portal.

2026/2027 Registration Guidelines

Guidelines for Registration for Fresh and Returning Students

  1. (Fresh Students Only) Complete Fresh Student Biodata, Medical, Sport and Other Details form: it will require you uploading the scanned copy (colored) of the following documents
    • O'Level Certificate/Statement of result
    • Birth Certificate/Sworn Affidavit
    • Attestation Letter (from a cleric, lawyer, community leader...)
    • Local Government of Origin Certificate
    • Signed Declaration of Good Conduct (download copy here)
    • UTME Admission Letter
    • UTME Result
    • ND/NCE/A'Level Certificate or Statement of Result (DE Only)
  2. Check your email for Student portal username & Password for login
  3. Login to Generate school fee invoice
  4. Pay invoice online or via other channels
  5. Generate School Fee Receipt
  6. Register for Courses
  7. Pay Student Union Dues
  8. Retrieve your FUNAAB email account to grant you access to G Suite for Education.
  9. (Fresh Students Only) Login to upload Signed Matriculation Oath

Deadline for Payment of School Fees and Course Registration!!!

Late Registration with penalty begins: Saturday, 24th October, 2026 (12pm) | Late Registration and Registration Ends: Sunday, 16th December, 2026 (12pm).
